Meet Sébastien Nestolat

Founder & Chief Creative

Hi, I’m Sébastien, and this is how I traded lean manufacturing flowcharts for a camera, to become a storyteller.

Driven by a passion for imagery, passed down early on by my father—a projectionist and amateur videographer—I unexpectedly became… a mechanical engineer! (Wrong turn? 🤔)

After working for companies in the US, Australia, and Sweden, I decided to resign and settle in the heart of the French Alps, surrounded by nature, to embark on my entrepreneurial journey

After the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, I directed a report for national TV on a silver medalist. This marked the beginning of a series of films in sports and tourism, always in pursuit of the perfect shot..

My engineering background helped me expand my scope to corporate films, working with businesses ranging from small enterprises to major corporations, bringing technical sensitivity and a genuine interest in innovation.

In 2015, I discovered storytelling and directed my first documentary, which was awarded by Ushuaïa TV and the ITFF Africa. That’s when I realized how deeply true human stories resonate with me!

With a longstanding commitment to ecological and social causes, I now focus on creating films that showcase human-driven innovations, inspiring positive change for a sustainable future.
